They ran one of Britain’s leading ‘gastropubs’ before moving on to The Old Vicarage. Tim’s cooking is based on his award-winning formula – honest and uncomplicated, sourcing the best of local produce like organic lamb and Cardigan Bay seafood. The Withers have also brought an air of warmth and well-being to this fine old house. The dining room has been classically decorated, while the individually designed bedrooms boast luxury bathrooms, bathrobes and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries.
