Sosban, named in homage to Llanelli’s historic tinplate industry, is in a Grade II listed Victorian building on the North Dock. What was once a hydraulic powerhouse is now a striking restaurant serving menus built on the best of fresh local produce.
The surroundings may be dramatic but the style is relaxed and informal.
