INGREDIENTS


METHOD

  1. Slice the strawberries and grapes into quarters and place into a bowl with the blueberries.
  2. Put the water, sugar, ginger and cinnamon into a small saucepan and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Pour the hot liquid into the berries and tear the basil and mint leaves in.
  4. Chill in the fridge.
