Shaun, a gourmet chef, serves exceptional cuisine (from his famous Ramsey Welsh breakfast through to picnic lunches and mouth watering dinner menus). The accommodation is quite special too. Ramsey is a guest house in the modern idiom, with new, wow-factor rooms and bathrooms in ‘boutique hotel’ style.

Every item has been sourced with luxury in mind, from the solid oak furniture to goose-down duvets, fabulous fabrics to top-end toiletries - and many bedrooms have stunning views. Shaun and Suzanne run a relaxed ship – they’re happy for you to chill out in the lounge or garden, or will point you in the direction of the host of outdoor activities this magical spot offers.
