The Newbridge’s new owner is none other than DJ Chris Evans. He’s a golfing enthusiast, so appreciates the fact that the superb Celtic Manor Resort – home of the 2010 Ryder Cup – is just down the road. Chris leaves the running of the Newbridge in the capable hands of Leighton Davy and chef Lee Milne. It’s in peaceful countryside yet easily accessible off the M4.
